Clean Energy Living Labs

Hands-on collaboration to tackle Clean Energy challenges

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and make a difference? The Clean Energy Living Labs are face-to-face events for students, employees and professionals who want to work together on innovative solutions to highlight the importance of clean energy and combat misinformation about it.

Collaborate, innovate, and build a sustainable future together. Join us!

Are you ready to get up and get active? The Clean Energy Living Labs want to empower you to tackle the challenges of clean energy and combat misinformation. Over three dynamic days, these workshops in Romania, Malta, Spain and Moldova will immerse you in a unique, multidisciplinary learning experience where your voice counts.

What will you do?

Imagine entering a collaborative space where you and other enthusiastic participants will be confronted with real-life scenarios. Through interactive, hands-on activities, you will explore and challenge misconceptions about clean energy technologies. Together you will develop strategies to counter misinformation, foster dialogue and co-create solutions for a more resilient and sustainable future.

Who should take part?

If you’re a student (BA, MA or Ph.D.) studying communications, social sciences, science, security, intelligence or a related field — or an academic staff member or professional who wants to advance clean energy knowledge — this is your place to shine. If you’re interested in clean energy and the fight against disinformation, you’ve come to the right place!

How many labs are there?

We are organising four Living Labs, one in each partner country: Romania, Malta, Spain and Moldova. With 20 participants per event, these events promise a rich and diverse exchange of ideas and expertise.

Why should you take part?

  1. Collaborate across disciplines: Meet with people from different fields to share insights and develop new ideas.
  2. Tackle misinformation: Learn how to recognise and debunk false stories about clean energy.
  3. Build resilience: Acquire tools and knowledge to advocate for sustainable energy solutions in your community.
  4. Improve your skills: Sharpen your critical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills.

What’s in it for you?

When you participate in a Clean Energy Living Lab, you will:

  • Be part of an interdisciplinary team solving real-world challenges.
  • Strengthen your ability to critically analyse and refute disinformation.
  • Contribute to tangible, impactful solutions for clean energy and sustainability.
  • You will socialise with like-minded people and expand your professional network.

This is more than just a workshop — it’s your opportunity to take action, make your voice heard and shape the future of clean energy. Don’t miss out — sign up now and be part of the change!
